Cinnamon Roll Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups warm milk.
  • ½ cup sugar.
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast.
  • ¼ cup melted butter.
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil (sunflower or corn).
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 1/3 cup yogurt.
  • 1 envelope baking powder (1 tablespoon).
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 5 cups white flour.

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar.
  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon.
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder.
  • Optionally, ground walnuts as desired...

Method:

Knead the ingredients well and cover and let ferment for an hour and a half in a warm place. Then roll out and brush with melted butter, sprinkle with filling, roll into a roll shape, cut, and place in a buttered pan and cover and let ferment for half an hour. Then place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for (15 to 20 minutes) while monitoring the oven, and pour with your favorite sauce...
