Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Oats: 1 1/2 cups
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon: 1/2 teaspoon (ground)
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Egg: 1 (beaten)
  • Vanilla: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions:

Grind the oats in a food processor for about a minute until fine.

Mix the ground oats with baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Beat the milk with the egg and vanilla.

Add the milk and egg mixture to the oat mixture and stir until the ingredients are well combined. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Pour a portion of the batter and let it brown, then flip it over and brown the other side.

Serve hot with honey and fruits as desired.
