Ingredients
Mix together well like regular basbousa until homogeneous. Place in a cheesecake or tart mold and bake over low heat until the edges turn golden brown, then brown the top. After it cools down, pour hot syrup over it.
3 cups liquid milk, a can of cream, a little rose water or orange blossom water, and 6 tablespoons of cornstarch are mixed well until homogeneous, placed on the heat with constant stirring until it starts to boil, then poured over the first layer and placed in the refrigerator and garnished with nuts.
