Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn semolina

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour (ready-made)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Ground anise and nigella seeds

Method:

Knead with warm water until firm, then ferment for half an hour, then shape and fry directly and then place in syrup. Enjoy your meal!
