Zainab's Fingers
Ingredients
- 1 cup corn semolina
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour (ready-made)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Ground anise and nigella seeds
Method:
Knead with warm water until firm, then ferment for half an hour, then shape and fry directly and then place in syrup. Enjoy your meal!
