Instructions:
Put the water and the rest of the ingredients in the blender, then mix for 3 minutes. Then heat the pan or skillet and pour the mixture on it according to the desired size, taking care of the time needed to avoid burning.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, put the dates and cover with boiling water. Leave it aside for 15 minutes then drain the dates.
In an electric blender, put the oat flakes and blend for one minute until you get a somewhat fine powder.
Add the dates and apple pieces and blend again for one minute until you get a cohesive dough with finely chopped apples and dates.
Add the milk, almond powder, eggs, cinnamon, yeast, baking soda, and salt. Mix for two minutes until you get a smooth dough.
Pour the batter into the cake mold and fill it up to 3/4 full.
Bake for 30 minutes until the cake is cooked.
